In brilliant, a little chilly, spring sun, met some 30 members from SDHF up to a VIP show of HMS Belos, which was the day in honor low moored below the Royal Palace in Stockholm.
On the aft deck we were met by Dive Leader Gunnar Rosén and ship doctor Gudmund Eriksson. After a presentation of the ship’s history and operations ”in the seven seas”, we got an exciting display of the ship’s interior.
As a diver, you feel a certain pride that Sweden has such a well-equipped dive vessel that can both rescue submarine crews, lost torpedoes and perform ”regular” dive jobs.
